Immortal Onion gehören zu den herausragenden Aushängeschildern der neuen polnischen Musikszene. Als Trio in Gdańsk von Wojtek Warmijak (Drums), Tomir Śpiołek (Piano, Synthesizer) und Ziemowit Klimek (Kontrabass, Synthesizer) gegründet, verbinden sie in ihrer Musik Jazz, Electronica, Minimal, Fusion und Prog-Rock so virtuos, dass sie in ihrem Heimatland Polen gleich mit dem Jazz Phonographic Debut Award ausgezeichnet wurden. 

Nach drei hochgelobten Alben - ihrem Debüt „Ocelot of Salvation“, „XD [Experience Design]“ und dem mit dem Saxophonisten Michał Jan Ciesielski aufgenommenen „Screens“ - veröffentlichen sie im April 2025 ihr neues Album  „Technaturalism“. Die Musik verbindet elektronische Vibes, energiegeladene Rhythmen und eine Liebe für kühne Ideen.
